The complete equipment is used for: produce steel wire into Preformed tension clamp .

1.wire-feeding machine for Preformed tension clamp

2.wire cutting machine for Preformed tension clamp

3.spiral shaped machine for Preformed tension clamp

4.netwisting machine for  Preformed tension clamp

5.spraying gum&sand machine for Preformed tension clamp

6.bending machine for Preformed tension clamp

Technical Flow:

1) Align galvanized(Φ5.2mm) wire or alloy(Φ9.3mm) alluminium

2) Cut-off sted wire or alluminium wire

3)  Chamfer the cut-off

4) Twist wire into spiral shape

5)  Automatic sand(spraying gum)

6)  Twist multiple wire(2-110pcs) into one wire

7)  Bend spiral wire twisted(see drawing).
